Germany

You can print your return label and the return form which can be found under “Return/Exchange” in your customer account. With this, you can send items back that you do not like or that do not fit easily and for free. Please remember that you have to cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g. by mail, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Why can returns or exchanges take up to 10* business days (monday – friday) days or longer?

Unfortunately, some returns are damaged or even include used items. Therefore, we have to check each return for intactness and condition. When we have received your return, we are legally bound to handle your return or your exchange within 14 days.

Therefore please note the guidelines on the top of the return form.

 

Abroad

Please remember that you have to cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g. by mail, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

If you want to exchange an item into a different size, color or model we offer you two opportunities to fulfil the exchange:

 

Option 1 – Fast Exchange

 

Simply return the items, place a new order with the requested item in the shop and process with the payment method you desire. You can print your return label and the return form which can be found under “Return/Exchange” in your customer account. With this, you can send items back that you do not like or that do not fit easily and for free.

 

Since we do not charge delivery costs within Germany, we only charge a non-refundable lump sum of €1.99 per order for packing and insurance (this lump sum is being charged for each order in our shop).

 

The advantage of this option is that you will receive the requested item as soon as possible (according to its availability) without waiting for your return being processed. Once your return has been handled, the money will be refunded via the same payment method that you originally used in your order.  

 

Option 2 – Normal Exchange

 

Simply return the items and make a note for us on the return form declaring your desired item.

* Our service guarantee in detail: The duration of max. 10* business days (monday – friday) means that 10* business days (monday – friday) after we have received your return at our distribution center in Mannheim the return process will be finished and the requested refund will be commissioned. Please note that we do not have any influence on the entrance of the return and the entrance of the refund at the customer’s account. If we receive an incomplete or used/damaged return, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to find a solution together.
